Cinematical's SmartGossip: Another Scary Photo Week

Filed under: RumorMonger, Newsstand, Cinematical's SmartGossip!

While the past week may have been a little slow for celebrity news and gossip, it was a fabulous week for bizarre photos. This should be good news for those who follow the world of crazy celebrity fashion and expected a lull between the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. Admittedly, the SAG awards definitely helped. Jeffrey Sebelia provided us with a rundown of the SAG fashion trends, but mere words cannot do justice to some of these outfits.

The following roundup of last week's movie-celebrity gossip items includes some truly hair-raising photos ... and at least one that you don't want to view from the office, so be careful.
  • Anne Heche's husband, Coleman Laffoon, filed for divorce this week, citing that old standby, "irreconcilable differences." The couple had been married for five years and have a four-year-old son.
  • Radar Online reminds us that allegations that the Factory Girl sex scenes were real are nothing new in the world of movie marketing.
  • Go Fug Yourself was all over the SAG awards this week and the bizarre outfits of celebrities attending those awards, like Rachel McAdams, Jeremy Irons (so sad) and Mary-Louise Parker. In fact, GFY has a ton of interesting photos this week -- go visit the site if you want to see a variety of fashion ensembles that are just plain wrong.
  • Got an extra $33.5 million? You can buy Courtney Cox and David Arquette's Malibu home, which they've just put on the market. TMZ has a few photos of the estate.
  • Farrah Fawcett turned 60 this week and announced that after dealing with cancer treatments for four months, she's now cancer-free.
  • Scary photo montage: TMZ is appalled by Eva Green's recent hairdos.
  • Not as scary a photo as it sounds, sadly: Natalie Portman in a graveyard in Prague.
  • Scary and not safe to view in public -- and please, don't make me look at this photo of Jennifer Lopez ever again. Thank you.
